Amanda and I would like to send a warm greetings to all of our friends and family and wish them all a very merry Christmas.

And although there's speculation as to the exact date ... happy birthday, Jesus!

Hi Doug! Good to hear from another Engelking! Actually, I'm third in a line of Edward Engelking's. My grandfather was Edward Engelking, but didn't have a middle name. My father is Edward David Engelking. I am Edward David Engelking II.

And you're correct, there is a lack of people by the name of "Ed Engelking" in the US, but considering the name is more popular in German and Dutch, I wouldn't be too surprised to see more people with the name in Europe.

Both my father and I are located in Louisville, KY. You're only a state away from us. :)

No, my grandfather was from Minnesota, as is my father. They're from the Mankato area. My father moved to Kentucky where he met my mother and where I was born.
